Unless you are VERY young, you probably are trying to look younger - or at least not older. Even though I am very proud of every day of my 59 years.... I don't especially want to LOOK like I'm approaching 60.
I want to look and be the best I can.
The easiest and quickest way to look younger and feel better is to stand up straight. Yeah, it is that easy. You can look 5 to 10 pounds lighter and years younger if you will just stand up straight and hold your stomach in. Yep... easy schmeesy!
Didn't cost you a thing. Besides, when you use good posture, you are enabling you insides to line up and give some relief to those organs that are getting squashed and twisted and cramped because you slump... By giving them room to "be" where they are supposed to be and have the room they need you are also helping your health, circulation, and breathing.
You will have more energy and more confidence and you will be surprised how others treat you because you stand up straight, shoulders back, chin up, chest out, stomach in.
And don't forget to SMILE! (remember, you are never fully dressed without a smile!)
Who said that natural health had to be weird and hard to swallow?
