Over the weekend my two daughters introduced me to these products that brought speedy relief and made me feel better much faster!
The Zicam is homeopathic! Such a good thing and easy to use and boy did I feel better FAST!
The teas - YUMMMMMMM!!! 
I do not even LIKE hot tea, but these two from Starbucks are delicious and so soothing.

yes ma'am zicam is the way to go and i am sure that the tea helps too. I am glad you are feeling better.
I think maybe I'll have to try the Zicam...I've been taking Airborne and I don't really know if it's helping or not.
