That's crazy!! I bet you'll get alot of 'why's?' on your comments. Like, why do take 'such and such' for? I just hate swallowing pills...food, no problem; I can swallow all I want to with that!
One of many things that I like about this list is NO side effects! I am thankful that my list of supplements is long and has been for more than 20 years. Which I trust will keep my list of meds short forever. Thanks for sharing.
