Challenge



Thanks to Linda at 2nd Cup of Coffee I have accepted the challenge for 2 weeks to move 30 minutes a day for 5 days (that would be 10 total)... and see the results of a nice new thinner younger body and all the other wonderful health benefits...

You can easily do that! I think I need to start the "be still for 30 minutes a day". It seems I am constantly moving!

So glad you are doing this. I haven't been here for a few days, and oh how I miss you! There are 19 of us doing this, so that's great support, like one big underwire bra!

I'm in! I am behind in my blog reading so I'll go over there and sign up. I started back on weight watcher's Monday so I'll need to do more than 5 of 10 days. More like 9 of 10!! It takes alot to get my metabolism cooperating. I'm going to miss the Robin's Eggs BAD!! Sigh.
