Georgia

We are in Georgia a few days visiting my family. It has been nice to be here with them. It has been humbling to be able to serve them for a few days.

Last week I was able to harvest some of my garden goodies... here is a picture of my first harvest! I know you are so impressed with the bounty! On Sunday night before we left I even pulled 3 ears of corn to have for supper! Yeah... just call me farmer Merrie!

Also, before we left I had one day of getting time with ALL the grandchildren! What an extraordinary blessing! Yes, these five give me life and love and joy unspeakable!

I'll be back home soon. Just wanted to share my blessings!

Your veggies look wonderful, I am looking forward to my own coming in in a few weeks.

Beautiful veggies and lovely grandkids! I hope to have veggies by end of August. Three cheers for Michigan. Have fun in Georgia! (I'm growing a peanut plant in my garden right now)

I love gardening and I wish I had time to have one. Next year, we are going in together with Bryan's parents since we will be living on the farm with them! The kids will have cows, goats and chickens to play with and hopefully lots of fresh veggies!
